Cy: Yn nhref hynafol Conwy, ger castell mawreddog â waliau cerrig trwchus, roedd bywyd yn llawn anturiaethau bach a mawr.
En: In the ancient town of Conwy, near a magnificent castle with thick stone walls, life was full of small and big adventures.

Cy: Yn y pentref, roedd brawd a chwaer enwog am eu hiwmor da a'u hoffter o anifeiliaid.
En: In the village, there were a famous brother and sister known for their good humor and love of animals.

Cy: Roedd Rhys yn ffermwr ifanc gyda blew gwalltog, a'i chwaer, Elen, yn ferch garedig gyda gwên gynnes fel yr haul yn y bore.
En: Rhys was a young farmer with curly hair, and his sister Elen was a kind girl with a warm smile like the morning sun.

Cy: Un bore cynnar, penderfynodd Rhys fynd â'i ddefaid i gael eu cneifio ger y castell, lle roedd awel oer y môr yn chwythu'n gyson ac yn cadw'r defaid o fod rhy boeth.
En: One early morning, Rhys decided to take his sheep to be sheared near the castle, where the cold sea breeze blew constantly and kept the sheep from getting too hot.

En: As he began shearing, the sheep started bleating very loudly, almost like an urgent call for help.

En: Rhys then realized his grave mistake, but it was too late; the sheep had gathered the other sheep, and soon Rhys found himself in the midst of unhappy sheep bleating loudly.

En: From the Castle, Elen heard the unexpected noise and went to see what the problem was.

Cy: "Rhys," meddai Elen gyda gwên, "beth am os byddwn ni'n marcio ein defaid gyda lliwiau gwahanol i'w hadnabod yn haws?"
En: "Rhys," said Elen with a smile, "what if we mark our sheep with different colors to make them easier to recognize?"

Cy: Y cytunodd Rhys, a thrwy weddill y diwrnod, fe wnaethant baentio dotiau lliwgar ar eu defaid i osgoi unrhyw gamgymeriadau yn y dyfodol.
En: Rhys agreed, and for the rest of the day, they painted colorful dots on their sheep to avoid any mistakes in the future.

En: From then on, humor and camaraderie prevailed between the two.
