I been learning that I need to give myself gratitude. When trying to loose weight ect, to celebrate the small victories/wins and I guess I need to be patient laugh out loud . I definitely am not patient when it comes to weight loss. Also I'm trying to find a class where I can learn to do lashes but no luck yet.

let me also say that my manager allowed me to take a couple vacation days to go to Belize. Now, I've at my job for over a month now. The manager could have easily said no to my request, but she said ok and approved my vacation request. That was Yah and nothing else.

Well, in the past two weeks I got denied from my appeal. Which is a good thing because I wasn't in truth back when I was working at the women's facility. So Denied doesn't mean it's a bad thing. Also I been writing poems and writting my manifestation prayer list that I try to pray and read every day. I was approved more hours in home nurse but just waiting for the paperwork to be sent over and that's been a hassle. Over all I been just navigating through this realm of life trying write music and go ahead a release it and stop putting it off .
