Born and raised just outside of Asbury Park, New Jersey, Dan Harary is a man of many talents. While best known for his 40-plus years of work in Hollywood as an Entertainment Industry Publicist and owner of the boutique Asbury PR Agency in Beverly Hills, Dan is also the author of the popular 2022 Hollywood book FLIRTING WITH FAME: A HOLLYWOOD PUBLICIST RECALLS 50 YEARS OF CELEBRITY CLOSE ENCOUNTERS (Bear Manor Media.) Articles about his book appeared in Newsweek, the LA Times, the New York Daily News, the Village Voice, the Hollywood Reporter, and dozens of other media outlets. Dan’s second book, AFTER THEY CAME (Genius Book Publishing) made an immediate impact within the UFO Research community during 2023. To promote ATC, Dan was interviewed by many dozens of UFO Podcast and Radio Show Hosts around the world. Stories about that book ran on KTLA News, Coast to Coast AM, in the LA Times, and in the UK’s Daily Mail. Also, the novel was endorsed by numerous top UFO/UAP experts including Nick Pope, Richard Dolan, Travis Walton, Dr. Lynn Kitei, Earl Grey Anderson, George Noory, Jimmy Church, Paul Eno, Peter Robbins, Deborah Kauble and Kathy Marden, among others. The success of ATC allowed Dan to personally befriend many of the world's leading UFO Researchers and Experts. Dan’s next two books, MY PARANORMAL LIFE: SUPERNATURAL STORIES FROM A HOLLYWOOD INSIDER (Bear Manor Media) and FIVE (Genius Book Publishing), will both be released during June 2024. Dan’s long-held interest in the UFO phenomenon has led to his having conceived The Hollywood Disclosure Alliance which officially launched in November 2023. Dan serves as the HDA's Chairman - the co-founder of the HDA is iconic Disclosure Advocate Stephen Bassett. With nearly 200 members located around the world, the HDA is a truly unique networking organization bringing together top UFO/ET researchers with Hollywood producers and filmmakers. The goal of the HDA is to ensure accuracy in storytelling in regard to the UAP/ET phenomena within future films, TV shows, documentaries, and books. The HDA is a 501c3 Non Profit organization which operates based solely on donations. Dan has experienced three UFO sightings in his life, the first, alongside his late father, Jack Harary, in 1970. That sighting led to the inspiration behind After They Came. Today: Dan believes his dad may have been involved with UFO reverse engineering during his 45 years working as an Electronics Engineer for the U.S. Army at Ft. Monmouth, New Jersey. Dan's other two UFO sightings took place in 1996 near Edwards Air Force Base, and in 2008, at the famed ECETI Ranch in Washington State.
