Joe's Old Fashioned Recipe: (Keep in mind, my mom never measured and neither do I really)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 tsp Sugar in the Raw
- 1 tsp Water
- Aromatic Bitters
- Orange Bitters
- 1 Orange
- Dark Maraschino Cherries
- 1 Drink Muddler
- 2oz Bourbon (amount optional)
Steps:
1. Pour sugar in a glass
2. Add water
3. Add small orange slices and peels
4. Add 1 cherry along with a small scoop of the syrup
5. Muddle (fancy word for smash) ingredients together
6. Add ice
7. Add bourbon
8. Stir
9. Garnish with orange peel
10. Enjoy, cheers!
