Dr. Cynthia held a workshop called Unleash Your Superpower: Your Key to Unlocking Your Next Journey
As school is about start for the new school year. I want to share some takeaways from this conference workshop. It is so rewarding to walk with Educators through their personal and professional journey. However, we can not forget the ‘personal’ part of the journey which should intersect with your professional path.
Workshop Takeaways:
1 - Setting goals that reflect not only your professional aspiration but also interjects your personal goals
2 - Building relationships with partner educators, staff and support staff
3 - Knowing and building your ecosystem/network
4 - Sharing and articulating your superpower with your co-workers with confidence and boldness…what could happen?
Engage with Dr. Cynthia’s co-authored book The Hidden Figures Collective….contribution to the book is called ‘Classroom Chronicles’
