This satsang gives us the support, strength and encouragement to surrender to our hearts. Premasudha reminds us of a big secret on the spiritual journey: To Let Go and allow the Love of the Creator to come in to heal us.    As we learn to surrender, we become happier. Our bodies may become more flexible or pain leaves as a by product. Others may notice a new joy of life within us. Inner peace is more noticeable. Life opens up organically. You live more in the flow. Premasudha gives us the permission that we can truly live out our soul energy and the dreams within our heart.    Premasudha speaks candidly about the real need for everyone to follow their  hearts and inner guidance. The world may appear cruel at times, but we don’t have to be. As Divine Beings in human form, we have great love power. It is our choice to raise our vibration, moment by moment, and choose  the most loving path. By acting  in kind and compassionate ways in all our interactions, we model what loving kindness looks and feels like to others. Many in the world may have never experienced real love and compassion. Imagine how fast the world can transform if each of us shares this energy of love and kindness. We can heal each other and the world.   Premasudha reminds us, take great patience and love yourself no matter what. As Buddha says, there is no one in the world who is more deserving of love, than you are. Feeling more space in your body and your life is a sign you are making progress.    May we all respond to our hearts and the hearts of those around us. As Premasudha says, “Be the love you want to see. Be it and you will be healed.”
