Welcome back to another episode of ClassHorrorCast, I'm your host Aran and on this week's episode, I'm joined by Art director, visual designer, and concept artist Alex Laurant.
Having cultivated his talent and passion for art and creating, Alex was soon on a path to some of the biggest movies of all time from The Mummy(1999) and Minority Report to Green Lantern and Eli Roth's Clown.
Alex has seen many successes and continues to pivot his work and take risks - moving to the UK to work for EA and then back to Seattle to work on some exciting and mind-bending projects for Microsoft. Alex talks about his life growing up, his work on The Mummy and its sequel, The Day After Tomorrow, and more throughout his career!
His passion and drive have not slowed down at all and he continues to follow his curiosity wherever it takes him. We chat about his favorite movies, the future of technology, his advice for following your dreams/passions, and some other unique and exciting conversations.
