I’m so glad it looks like you’re doing some self reflection Kevin!
Make sure to ask the important questions like “is it narcissistic to “test” your partner to prove some imagined theory in my head, or is that just low self esteem”
And “is it narcissistic to tell my ex-girlfriend’s estranged abusive parent a secret that I promised to keep, for no other reason than to clear my own conscience, or is that just toxic behaviour? Keep in mind that by telling the secret I did nothing but cause the estranged parent to panic, freak out and try to break no-contact which didn’t work and now the estranged parent knows the child is dying and gets to stress about it, whereas before they were oblivious and not stressed at all”
And “is it narcissistic to tell someone that their thoughts and feelings or intentions behind an action are wrong because they don’t fit my narrative, and not only that, but I will test them or otherwise keep score so I can use it later in an argument, or is that normal?”
And “is it narcissistic to seek external validation from other women while in a relationship, including sexting, or is that just a shitty thing to do to someone and makes me a cheater?”
Maybe then Kevin, you’ll see the damage you’ve done to other people. Maybe then you’ll realize you’re a very large part of the problem
