We are closer to the end of the school year than we are the beginning. We still have a long way to go! In this episode, we dive into teacher burnout symptoms and I stress the importance of resting and recharging. We must practice self-love as teachers and remember its okay to rest, recharge, to recover and refocus ourselves.
