Ted Pelkey, a local business owner and resident in Westford, Vermont finally had it with the local politics after battling with them for 10 years. He put up a giant wooden carved middle finger displayed in his yard that reaches sky high overlooking the highway as a message to the town officials who are biased against him and won't grant him a permit.
