On episode 3 of telling their stories is Brad Black from Winnipeg, Manitoba. Brad is the founder of the elite football training program, Recruit Ready, which he started in 2013.

Brad shares with us his own personal story as well as his experience with mental health from working at risk youth in Correctional Services, as well as how, as a coach, he puts a premium on the relationships with his athletes to be able to have difficult and meaningful conversations with them.

We also talk about resources that are available for people to get basic level training in mental health as well as what the role of coaches is, or should be, in that.
