In episode 32 of season 2 of telling their stories, founder, Katie Uttley, reflects back on how the pandemic allowed her to create more healthy rhythms of life by cutting her work from full time to part time.

She also gives an update on what season two is going to look like, and the conversational bits that will be explored. Near the end of the podcast, she will share with you what centers her overall life and who is responsible for keeping her here on this earth.
