Host Adam Burke was locked in and refreshed on today’s edition of The Bettor’s Box. After answering a couple of Monday Mailbag questions, Adam looked at what happened across the league offensively last week. He also looked at some regression candidates based on performance against right-handed pitchers and left-handed pitchers and with runners in scoring position.
After talking about a certain type of pitcher that you probably want to look to back more often than, Adam recapped some line movement, or lack thereof from the weekend, and gave out a few of his picks for tonight. Finally, Adam examined four series for the week ahead with thoughts on Twins vs. Indians, Phillies vs. Nationals, Reds vs. Brewers, and Dodgers vs. Giants.
