The book was written and published within 90 days of Ben’s suicide attempt and recovery. It offers a rare perspective into the mindset of a person who was suicidal and lived to tell the story; and the perspective his supervisor and friend who had no idea of the severity of Ben’s depression
September is National Suicide Prevention Month- Proceeds from any book sales will be donated to AFSP--American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. The book also provides learnings, tips and resources for help.
