In today’s episode, my co-host Ariel Castillo and I have the pleasure of hosting Lance Aiken, General Superintendent at Miller-Davis Company, to discuss the profound influence of technology on the construction industry.

Lance, also known as the “Hype Man”, began his construction journey as a carpenter for ten years after coming out of college with his Architectural Technology and Construction Management degrees.

His extensive experience led him to join Miller-Davis Company in 2019 as a superintendent, eventually moving up to the General Superintendent rank a few years later.

Today, Lance shares the advanced technological tools they use at Miller-Davis, emphasizing their transformative impact on both construction field practices and office operations.

He also highlights the role of technology in shaping the company’s culture and fostering innovation, the AGC IT Forum, and more.
