In this episode I sit and chat with Greg, owner of 'The Cove Cocktail Bar' in West Covina CA.
"The Cove stocks rare, hard-to-find, and allocated spirits making us a hot spot for any spirit enthusiast."
He tells us about the history of the bar, how he came to own it, how he approaches growing the business and making positive changes for the future, surviving through the pandemic of 2020, how he's had a chance to pick single barrels for the cove like Makers Mark/Weller Antique 107/Old Forester Barrel Proof, and much MORE.
He was also kind of enough to give a tasting of The Cove's amazing Weller Antique 107 single barrel and the recently released Jack Daniels Coy Hill.
