Uk: Відгук білих облиць Львова під сонячним променем заворожував. У серці Галичини, вулиці старого міста були очима через які можна було побачити його багатий на культурну спадщину минуле. На одній з цих вулиць розташований традиційний український ресторан, де ми зустріли троє друзів: Катерину, Богдана та Ірину.
En: The feedback of the white facades of Lviv under the sunny rays was enchanting. In the heart of Galicia, the streets of the old town were eyes through which one could see its rich cultural heritage. On one of these streets was located a traditional Ukrainian restaurant where we met three friends: Kateryna, Bohdan, and Iryna.

Uk: Вони сиділи за столиком під густо зеленим верболозом і розмовляли. Вони зустрічалися, щоб насолодитися вихідним днем і заглибитись у підготовку до певного подійного святкування. Кожен з них мав свою роль у цьому плануванні. Катерина - декоративний геній, була відповідальна за оформлення, а Богдан, з його вмінням брати команду, був їхнім координатором. Ірина була кулінарним консультантом - її знання и вміле врізнання продуктів і страв були для них безцінними.
En: They were sitting at a table under a thick green willow and talking. They met to enjoy the weekend and delve into the preparation for a certain event celebration. Each of them had their role in this planning. Kateryna, a decorative genius, was responsible for the decor, while Bohdan, with his ability to take charge, was their coordinator. Iryna was a culinary consultant - her knowledge and skill in recognizing products and dishes were priceless to them.

Uk: Через кілька хвилин, офіціантка принесла їм меню. "А мені, будь ласка, борщ" - сказала Ірина. "Я також замовлю борщ", - Додав Богдан. "А я...hmm...я попробую набор супів, будь ласка." - звернулася Катерина до офіціантки.
En: After a few minutes, the waitress brought them the menu. "I'll have the borscht, please," said Iryna. "I'll have the borscht too," added Bohdan. "And I...hmm...I'll try the soup sampler, please," Kateryna addressed the waitress.

Uk: Ресторан був популярним, але обслуговування було швидким. Протягом десяти хвилин вони вже мали свій обід на столі. Ірина і Богдан з задоволенням приступили до їжі, але Катерина зупинилася, витріщаючись на свій суп.
En: The restaurant was popular, but the service was quick. Within ten minutes, they already had their lunch on the table. Iryna and Bohdan happily started eating, but Kateryna stopped, staring at her soup.

Uk: "Я замовляла набір супів, а не...'набрідлий'. Що це взагалі за суп?" - запитала вона. Богдан та Ірина зупинились і подивились на розгублену Катерину. Набридлий суп - це рідкісний рецепт, маловідомий навіть серед коренних жителів Львова, то пов'язані з надзвичайно солодким смаком.
En: "I ordered the soup sampler, not...'sick of it.' What is this soup even?" she asked. Bohdan and Iryna stopped and looked at the bewildered Kateryna. Sick of it soup - it was a rare recipe, little known even among the native inhabitants of Lviv, known for its extremely sweet taste.

Uk: Офіціантка, яка слідкувала за столом, побачила замішки з супом і швидко підійшла до столу. Вона вибачилась за помилку в замовленні і пообіцяла принести їй правильний суп.
En: The waitress, who was watching the table, noticed the mix-up with the soup and quickly approached the table. She apologized for the mistake in the order and promised to bring her the correct soup.

Uk: Катерина вдячно усміхнулася. В інший час вона могла би розміряти цю помилку, але зараз було важливіше насолоджуватися компанією друзів.
En: Kateryna smiled gratefully. At another time, she could have dwelled on this mistake, but now it was more important to enjoy the company of friends.

Uk: У всякому випадку, та помилка стала гарним нагадуванням про те, як важливо бути обережними з вимовою - одна помилка, і ти можеш отримати суп, якого ніколи не хотів. Хоча, з іншої сторони, це був хороший спосіб дізнатися про нову страву. І хто знає, можливо, наступного разу Катерина сама замовить "набридлий" суп.
En: Anyway, the mistake served as a good reminder of how important it is to be careful with pronunciation - one mistake, and you can end up with a soup you never wanted. Although, on the other hand, it was a good way to discover a new dish. And who knows, maybe next time Kateryna will order the "sick of it" soup herself.

Uk: Так, в кінці кінців, попри прохолодний день і дружню плутанину, друзі бездоганно провели час, засміялись над нескінченними анекдотами, спільно пообідували та кинули нові плани на майбутнє. Не можна недооцінювати гарну компанію, домашній стиль харчування та унікальні старовинні місця, як Львів.
En: In the end, despite the chilly day and friendly confusion, the friends had a flawless time, laughed at endless jokes, dined together, and made new plans for the future. One should not underestimate good company, homemade dining, and unique historical places like Lviv.
