This week I chat with Pamela who was suddenly made redundant after 38 years of working for the same company. Instead of feeling beaten down by this massive life change, she used it as an opportunity to turn her hobby into a career and open The Little White Gym in Dalgety Bay.

Pamela now gets to spend all day doing what she loves and helping women to take the first steps into health and fitness with a range of personal training services, couch to 5k support and intimate weight loss support groups!
