We are locked on endlessly comparing. Each journey put into play offers incredible experiences for each of us. But I don't believe we should stand on a rock and command others to follow by way of our experiences. How you achieve is much different than how it was delivered to me. Build a new platform by sharing conversation. It's a better gift to allow others to be invited into how each side has endured. The human isn't to be treated like cattle. What looks to be a herd in reality is a collection of separated paths. Learning to connect the lines is what generates the energy for the circle. But that's not how business works. How you experience might not require what I learned from the experience. Putting a path in forward motion should be fed by unlimited ideas and discovery. Falling short should stop being the typical bosses shaming of the employee. Lets grow beyond the command and start communicating how the experience can be used as a better tool.
