In this episode I’m discussing the shame that is often felt when you are not where you want to be within your nursing career. I recently chatted with two different nurses who are experiencing this and I know they aren’t alone. I’ve been there myself. As the definition of what a “good job” is has changed over time and we demand more from our careers, it’s important to recognize where you’re at and how you can get to the place of where you’d like to be.
