Time is like money. How or what you spend is a direct reflection on what you value.  When you decide to spend an hour watching TV, you have spent that unit of time, based on what is valuable or has the highest ROI right now for that unit of time to you.  You started the day with the same number of units in your time bank. Be it  in munites or hours you had the same number as everyone else  So when you get to the end of the day and have that  feeling of exhaustion with nothing to show for it.  Look around you have been a victim of "time robbers".
