A LABOUR councillor who claims he made a 'soul agreement' with aliens and had even an AFFAIR with an extraterrestrial has quit politics.
He claimed the armed separatist conflict in Ukraine had been sparked by an alien race called the Nordics advising Russian president Vladimir Putin.
Simon's biological mother worked for the British Security Service, often called MI5 between 1965 - 1979.
His alien contacts at a very early age advised him that they were mother to him and not his Earthly mother.
Simon's Grandfather, who was a British diplomat, worked for the foreign arm of British intelligence often called MI6.
