Do you love the sound of your own voice? Our guest Tina Dietz does, but not from arrogance. Our voices, as Tina notes, are our first declaration of our “I AM” in the world. We are born with full self-expression, but as we grow older, we sometimes forget our creative power and feel confined. While we are no longer children, we can still access childlike qualities of wonder and imagination to help us connect with our creative spirit and our purpose. We can retrieve and revive some of the truest and most passionate parts of ourselves, parts we may have shushed and sidelined long ago.

Many people confuse creativity with ‘being artistic,’ but in its purest form, creativity is the desire to create, to bring forth something of ourselves into the world. Tina helps entrepreneurs and leaders get their message out into the world and increase their audience, influence, and income with creative solutions like audiobooks, podcasting, and streamlined business and marketing strategies that are simple and cost effective to implement.

Creativity, particularly combined with curiosity, is especially powerful when dealing with stress-the biggest contributor to health difficulties in our current times. If we take the point of view that we can be creative to solve problems and roadblocks, and get curious about how we might create pathways out of stressful situations, a whole new sense of freedom opens up.

If you find that your emotions are running high, it can be challenging to get into a space of creativity. So how do you go from a place of upset or high stress to your next empowered action? Surprisingly, the place to look is your complaints. We often try to push our complaints aside, but they can show us where our deeper commitments are if we give them voice in a particular way. Tina has developed a problem solving process that she walks us through in the interview, and you can also download her free workbook and problem solving template at Solve Any Problem Now.com
