Of all places you'd expect to proudly fly the American flag, a federally-funded veterans hospital should top the list. So why is the Veterans Hospital in Des Moines actively refusing to raise Old Glory at their main entrance? And taking drastic measures to stop anyone else from doing so? 

Last June, the same VA hospital decided to replace the U.S. flag with...another flag. Guess which one.
