This podcast is about the project Waterfront Works vol. 3, which receives financial support from the Nordic Council of Ministers as part of the co-operation program for North-West Russia. The purpose of the project is to continue Nordic-Russian dialogue on urban development, community and neighbourhood involvement in the creation of environmentally friendly public cultural spaces around the waterfront.

The podcast is made by Freia Dam and Bente Dahlsbæk and is sponsored by the Nordic Council of Ministers. It is part of a podcast series highlighting Nordic co-operation with North-West Russia by interviewing people working on projects on a daily basis. The purpose of the co-operation is to strengthen, and thus contribute to the development of the region. The projects that are set to receive funding focus on exchange of information on social services and healthcare, children and young people, education, culture, gender equality, the environment, civil society etc.
