The anaestesiologist told me that my wife would have to be on a ventilator in order to have the surgery and that the risk was very high that they couldn't get her to breathe again

In later years my wife would never allow me to do it nor would she allow me to take her to a dentist so her mouth is in terrible condition. Yesterday we had a dental surgeon come in to see her. She requires surgery but the anaestesiologist now says the risk is too high since it requires general anaesthetic. We have full coverage but if the person won't accept it what can you do? So we are stil discussing options.

Why do their teeth get so bad? Paula brushed her teeth and always went to the dentist. Her teeth were so bad once she got worse.
