What better what to start our Real Talk Live podcast, for coaches, with a discussion about what coaching is and isn't, and our obligation as professional coaches to make sure people know what coaching is about. I also tap into what clients are looking for in choosing a coach and how coaches can ensure they are truly practicing. I will even share some myths and comparisons to other helping professions and what the ICF says about coaching.
