What is rest and how should we be resting? What are the challenges to rest and how do we overcome them? This is a big challenge for those in full time ministry as well as those who are double timers, that is, who work during the day and minister in the evenings and on weekends. These and other questions are answered through testimonies and experience by Barry and Lienkie van der Westhuizen, an eldership couple serving in JoshGen Durbanville, and Dylan Jones who leads the Muizenberg congregation.
