I recently had the privilege of having James Weait on the Employment Services Show Podcast. James has had a diverse and international career in Employment Services. With over 15 years’ experience, he has worked in both the UK and Australia, starting out as an employment consultant and worked his way up to executive level.

James’ career with UK Ingeus/Deloitte evolved into his role as General Manager with over $100m of contracts delivered by a unique not-for-profit and for-profit partnership to deliver Australian government contracts.

In early 2019 James took a leap of faith and branched out on his own and founded Populi Solutions, which provides vocational programs and consulting that directly and indirectly empower people facing complex challenges in local communities.

I am excited to have him as a guest as he’s someone that understands the science when it comes to identifying the gaps in this industry and shares in-depth wisdom that only comes with years of experience.
