Maybe the number of people of color is proportional to the population, which is 85% white! No... the Exec says they need a significant culture change to attract more black and minority ethnic people to the organization. And they're considering changing the cross too to be more inclusive. Does history mean nothing anymore? And why is it bad to be an organization with a Christian history? If someone doesn't want to accept help from a bunch of Christians, that's on them!
