Story Transcript:

Cy: Wrth gerdded trwy Goedwig Lawd, yn y Parc Cenedlaethol Eryri, roedd Eira, Dylan, a Cerys yn chwilio am antur.
En: While walking through Snowdonia National Park's Hushed Forest, Eira, Dylan, and Cerys were in search of adventure.

Cy: Dydd Sadwrn braf o Fehefin oedd hi, a'r haul yn disgleirio trwy'r dail yn creu patrymau hudol ar y llwybr ger eu traed.
En: It was a lovely Saturday in June, with the sun shining through the leaves creating magical patterns on the path at their feet.

Cy: Roedd coed derw hynafol fel colofnau yn cyrraedd am yr awyr, yn tyst i hanes a dirgelion yr ardal.
En: Ancient oak trees reached for the sky, bearing witness to the history and mysteries of the area.

Cy: Gydag adenydd cyffro yn eu boliau, roedden nhw'n dilyn llwybr cul, bras, nad oedd wedi ei gerdded yn aml.
En: With excitement tingling in their hearts, they were following a narrow, wide path, not frequently trodden.

Cy: Yn sydyn, clywodd Eira rhywbeth anghyfarwydd yn y pellter.
En: Suddenly, Eira heard something unfamiliar in the distance.

Cy: "Dylan, Cerys, gwrandewch!
En: "Dylan, Cerys, listen!"

Cy: " meddai hi'n ffrwtianus.
En: she exclaimed.

Cy: Fel un, sefydlodd y tri ar y llwybr, yn gwrando.
En: As one, the three stopped on the path, listening.

Cy: Yn y pellter roedd sŵn melodi yn chwedio, sŵn sydd ddim yn perthyn i natur.
En: In the distance, a melodic sound was whispering, a sound that did not belong to nature.

Cy: Yn penderfynol o ddarganfod y dirgelwch, dechreuodd y tri gamu ymlaen yn ofalus.
En: Determined to uncover the mystery, the three began to cautiously move forward.

Cy: Cyn hir, gwelwyd hwy'n sefyll ar ymyl cae, lle gwelwyd taflun gwirioneddol anghyffredin.
En: Before long, they found themselves standing at the edge of a meadow, where an incredibly unusual sight met their eyes.

Cy: Ddafad, oddeutu dwsin ohonyn nhw, wedi'u cylchu o gwmpas un hen ddafad ddoeth â gwallt gwyn fel eira.
En: A sheep, about a dozen of them, were gathered around one wise old sheep with hair as white as snow.

Cy: Roedd honno'n siarad â llais meddal, melodig — nid balŵnaid fel byddai rhywun yn disgwyl, ond barddoniaeth brodorol a phur.
En: She spoke with a soft, melodious voice - not the bleating one would expect, but with native and pure poetry.

Cy: Wedi'u cyfareddu gan yr olygfa, aeth Dylan, Eira, a Cerys yn llonydd fel clogwyni, eu llygaid yn ymestyn mewn syndod.
En: Touched by the scene, Dylan, Eira, and Cerys stood as still as cliffs, their eyes widening in astonishment.

Cy: Byth erioed wedi clywed dafad yn traethu cerddi yn Gymraeg!
En: Never before had they heard a sheep reciting Welsh poetry!

Cy: Sut y gallent hwy, pobl gyffredin o'r pentref gerllaw, ymateb i ryfeddod o'r fath?
En: How could they, ordinary people from the nearby village, respond to such a strange occurrence?

Cy: Eisteddodd Eira ger sbarc cangen derw hynaf y llwybr, ei hanadl yn arafu wrth iddi sylweddoli tawelwch a phurdeb y foment.
En: Eira sat down by the base of an ancient oak branch along the path, her breath slowing as she savored the quiet and purity of the moment.

Cy: Dywedodd Dylan, y bardd ifanc, yn ysgafn, "Fe allwn ni ddim ymyrryd â'r cyfarfod dirgel hwn.
En: Dylan, the young poet, spoke lightly, "We cannot interfere with this mysterious meeting.

Cy: Mae'n rhywbeth rhyfeddol, ac yn werth i golli'n ddistaw.
En: It's something extraordinary, and worth losing ourselves in silence for."

Cy: "Gelwir hyn yn Gyfarfod yr Oen, meddyliodd Cerys, sydd wedi astudio chwedlau'r ardal hon.
En: This is called the Meeting of the Sheep, thought Cerys, who had studied the legends of the area.

Cy: Dylai'r stori ryfeddol hon gael ei gadw'n dawel i bobl eraill ddarganfod yn eu tro, os byddant yn ddigon ffodus.
En: This extraordinary story should be kept quiet for others to discover in their own time, if they're fortunate enough.

Cy: A dyna a wnaethant.
En: And that's what they did.

Cy: Arhosodd Eira, Dylan a Cerys yn dawel, yn gwrando ar y geiriau a'r rhigymau syml ac eto mor cysylltiedig â'r ddaear, a rhannwyd hwynt gan ddafad gyffredin, ond eto mor anhygoel.
En: Eira, Dylan, and Cerys remained silent, listening to the words and simple rhymes so deeply connected to the earth, shared by a common sheep, yet so incredible.

Cy: A phan orffennodd y cyfarfod hwnnw, pan wahanodd y dafad i fynd yn ôl i'w bywydau argaeledd, trodd y tri ffrind yn ôl i'r pentref, eu calonnau yn llwm â theimlad o ddirgelwch a hud.
En: And when that gathering ended, as the sheep went back to their abundant lives, the three friends returned to the village, their hearts heavy with a feeling of mystery and magic.

Cy: Ni wnaethon nhw byth sôn am y Cyfarfod yr Oen i neb, ond eu bod wedi dysgu gwerth tawelwch a gwerthfawrogi rhyfeddodau bychan, cudd y byd.
En: They never mentioned the Meeting of the Sheep to anyone, but they had learned the value of silence and how to appreciate small, hidden wonders of the world.

Cy: Eur gobaith oedd bod mwy o gerddi dirgel gan natur i'w darganfod, os dim ond y gallai pobl wrando ac edrych â chalonau agored.
En: Their hope was that there were more secret poems by nature to be discovered, if only people could listen and look with open hearts.
