Paul said "That I might win Christ", see Philippians 3:7-10. As we seek to follow Paul, our ambition must be to become like Christ. We want to go to heaven, but that's not our biggest ambition, its to become like Christ. A thief can go to heaven, but we want to possess the land, we want to enter the life Jesus promised.
