In order to withdraw funds, we first need to exchange our ix token for any other available cryptocurrency. To start, go to your ix wallet office and click on the long sell token button, which is located above the right table with your deposit. Next, a window will pop up in which you need to select the cryptocurrency you wish to receive in return: bitcoin, ethereum, bitcoin cash and just below enter the number of ix token that you want to sell based on your balance. After that, click on the submit button, there will be an inscription "payment was created successfully" and within 1-2 minutes the exchange will be completed. To check, simply refresh the page and you will see these money in the left, blue, top table.

to withdraw funds to your bitcoin or other wallet, press again on the left, blue, top table on the send button, then a window pops up in which we first select the desired cryptocurrency to receive: bitcoin, ethereum, bitcoin cash, just below enter the amount to receive, and a little lower you can choose the commission (network free) normal or priority, i recommend choosing regular. Next, as usual, click submit and then the message appears "payment was created successfully".
