Today, our attention turned to the fact that Recently, 400 affordable new build homes in London were deemed unsafe after the balcony collapsed – which of course is a continuation of shoddy new build work we're seeing in the industry. So today, Clive wanted to know – how can we actually put a stop to this? Should more tradespeople become building inspectors?
