In her desire to help her clients move through their emotional blocks more ease and grace Fern was led to Psych-K, B.E.S.T., Matrix Energetics, Thought Field Therapy (TFT) and Reconnective Healing and Shadow Energetics. Fern’s understanding of the power of thought vibration was enhanced further when she took the Hado Instructor Course with Masuro Emoto (Messages in Water) and through Dr. Emoto was introduced to the field of Quantum Biofeedback. The basis of all Fern does in grounded in the fact that we are energy beings and in order to have optimal health we must increase our vibrational calibration. The most exciting addition to her energy tool box was Source Energy Medicine an amazing self-healing methodology created by Stephen Pollitt which she was introduced to in 2012. Fern is the Canadian representative for Source Energy Medicine and teaches the Level I Intensive Course.
