Before the Spill: Memories of Life on the Gulf Coast - Co-Author of Before the Spill: Memories of Life on the Gulf Coast, is a native of Florida's Emerald Coast, and a self-proclaimed beach-boy of sorts. He recently tired of staring across mahogany tables at Michael Eisner look-a-likes, and entered the literary arena again. With the BP Deepwater Horizon oil tragedy just miles off the coast of his childhood playground, he felt the need to share his memories of what may inevitably be a lost culture.
