Just how do you go about healing trauma? How do you go about your life with a wife and young family following a serious combat injury? My guest, Alex Boe (@alexboelife) whilst serving his country and during two active tours seeing combat with the fallout of suffering from post traumatic stress injury has courageously done just that.
