Listeners, hustlers today the YHHS has the great pleasure in presenting an exclusive interview with Nicole Eichinger , a registered dietician of 11 years as well as a medical professional and founder of the massive Nutritions My Life.
Nicole's mission is all about prevention and teaching us how to feel ourselves again by improving health through nutrition and lifestyle changes whenever we feel out of sync, something that is happening to more and more of us.
As a child Nicole would suffer severe migraines and even though they subsided they came back with a vengeance when she become a mother , to compound matters Nicole chose to have half her thyroid removed 13 years ago because she didn't want cancer.
Having to cope with side effects of this, Nicole began a plan of total action , kicking thyroid medication, panic attacks and keeping her anxiety under control through her 'non-negotiables' all of which is laid bare in this exceptional episode.
