Created by Eric Alvarez and Victor Serna, a guest is invited every week to sit down with Eric and share their success stories in any aspect of their life! The stories range from weight loss to career goals to financial success and more!

Episode 17 features Colby Applegate, a Creative Writer, who got his first publication in a local Illinois paper when he was in the 8th grade. From there, Colby continued to pursue writing and went to Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida where the WWE, a sports entertainment company had a strong presence at. Colby takes us through his time at Full Sail University and his time as a volunteer for WWE that led to his employment for WWE. We also discuss how it was being 19 years old and in charge of college students older than him, then going into 2020 and having to look for a new job during a pandemic.
