Unlocking our 360 degree Mindset allows us the cultural core for the construction of an agile and adaptive organisation. This allows us to collaborate, be innovative and pull different perspectives in a unified way to help us "think out of the box".
The 360 Degree/Global Mindset alows us confront a frequently overlooked truth about human perception -that none of us sees the whole picture. We each see, feel and hear things from our own particular way - gaining unique, individual and diverse, but invariably partial perspective of any situation. Together we have a marvellous opportunity to see the 360 degree global picture and be Stronger, Smarter and Safer.
