A dose of normality and the challenges of daily life including work, teenagers, healthy meals, volunteering ourselves and slightly regretting it!

Note - I reference Instagram a lot during this post, it is not aimed at Instagram directly, just this is the platform I find myself spending most of my time on and where I see the type of content I’m referring to. This would generally apply to most social media platforms and whilst I understand the many positives, I wanted to share how it can negatively affect us and give a dose of the non-Instagram filtered and edited reality.
