mostra másMy goal with this podcast is to share evidential information to educate women on what menopause is, and what self-care, lifestyle and treatment options there are to reduce their symptoms and optimize their long-term health. I teach how to find and interpret research and headlines so they are not duped into trying the latest fad diet, or supplement or “cold plunge” trend without discerning whether it is right for them.
After all, every woman is different, and what works for a woman or even many women may not work for you. I also share stories of women who found positivity through their experience and can bring hope regarding this crucial milestone that should not be feared, but celebrated.
