I am a proactive, collaborative, responsible, persistent and creative woman. The main obligation I have in my personal growth, to be able to guide and accompany my children in their journey. In the work and academic context, I firmly believe that I must maintain a solid work ethic. I must meet deadlines, as time is crucial in both the work and academic world. In addition, I must always be willing to constantly learn and update myself, as I must adapt to changes in my field of work or study. I believe that I must foster an environment of collaboration and respect, where I must listen to and consider the opinions of my colleagues or classmates. In addition, I must take responsibility for my actions and I must be proactive in solving problems, providing constructive solutions. In terms of my beliefs, I should maintain an attitude of openness towards diversity and inclusion, as I should respect differences in culture, opinion and approach in the work and academic environment.
