27 FEB. 2023 · When you don't feel good enough or that you deserve you will constantly be avoiding being fully present. You will be multi-tasking, over-committing, undervaluing and avoiding being seen and being present. You always greet people with a smile and hey how you doing but your mind will be on a speed train to the next 20 tasks you need to do today. Avoiding giving yourself the gift of presence is one of the ways you avoid loving kindness to yourself. We have this belief if I avoid it I can outrun. The better thing to do, to heal is to be present to it instead.
26 FEB. 2023 · When we get a message and we go into reactive mode because the other person is always looking to comandeer our time, the direction of our project we are losing valueable time and energy as well as positive influence over the situation.
Stop the fear reaction. Take a moment to move into feeling the opportunity for a win-win. Imagine every interaction is an opportunity to create the outcome which suits and nurtures all parties.
Law of attraction is working all the time.
Reacting based on past experience does not give you or the others involved a chance to grow or change. Others will grow, respond, support collaborate to the degree you do.
Own your energy. Manage where your thoughts and feelings go. Guiding your scared self back to safety and playful imagination to cocreate the outcome that helps you flourish is the intention with love.
Resentment or fear steals your power and joy.
