22 NOV. 2024 · Hey everyone! So just wanted to announce my next podcast which I think is another important one as it is also dealing with canine cancers. I'm going to be talking with Ashley Kalinauskas, the Co-founder and CEO of Torigen Pharmaceuticals. They are researching and creating vaccines that help fight different types of canine cancer. What they're doing with this research is so important to help our pets when they get cancer diagnoses. If you'd like to learn more about Torigen and what they're doing please tune in!

Well I'll be discussing this with author Brandon Keim who wrote a book titled, "Meet the Neighbors, Animal Minds and Life In A More-Than-Human World." Brandon researched many different instances about how we humans treat our animal neighbors and how these animals are just trying to live their lives in our world, which we aren't making easy for them to do. I'm going to be discussing pet choking with Dr. Judy Morgan, DVM and Johnna Devereaux Chief Nutrition Officer for Bow Wow Labs. They are going to give us all sorts of important information about pet choking, prevention and what to do if your pet does choke on something. Many of us probably don't think about pet choking as we don't hear about it as much as we hear about other things like injuries and serious illnesses.
