19 AGO. 2022 · Carlo Parentela is a hospitality industry executive and entrepreneur. He graduated from the University of Guelph’s Humber College of Applied Arts & Technology with his bachelor’s degree in engineering. His specialty focus was civil engineering technology. Mr. Parentela started his career working in sales for London Life Insurance before partnering with his father to open Le Jardin Event Venue. The one-room banquet facility would soon expand into a 74,000-square-foot facility and be renamed Chateau Le Jardin Conference & Event Venue.
