    9 DIC. 2021 · Host Jane O'Reilly is joined by Clyde & Co Partners Clare Hatcher and Rebecca Armstrong, and Clyde & Co's Head of Banking and Finance in Greater China, Fei Kwok for the Trade & Commodities episode of A Climate for Change. In this episode the group discuss how climate change is affecting the commodities sector, what carbon trading is and how carbon credits are created, and how both the EU and the Chinese Emissions Trading Systems (ETS) work. The latter part of the episode sees Clare, Rebecca and Fei go on to illustrate the use of these schemes through a scenario. During this, the trio further discuss and explain emissions trading and explore the effects on the market throughout the different stages of the example trade.
