  • Toxic Family Beliefs and Rules - Do any of these resonate?

This will help you understand some of the beliefs that you may have yet to heal or subtle ways our family's intergenerational trauma leaked into our family system. Most families have at least one or two of these (and that's okay!) what's best is if we are able to get curious about them and heal it for the next generation.
