According to KRDO, just after 2 a.m. a shots-fired call came in from that area, and around 2:30 a.m. two people with gunshot wounds were dropped off at a local hospital. In a separate incident described by KRDO, during a recent morning commute a Colorado Springs Police officer driving a personal vehicle was rear-ended in the area of a main city commuting corridor.
