He endeavors to illuminate the common heritage and differences between these groups by scrutinizing the development of Samaritan laws and customs, notably during the concurrent evolution of Jewish Halakha.
That is where we start but the conversation goes into details of October 7th that is from an insider's perspective. Shimon discusses the enduring issue of anti-Semitism across history, and underscores the significance of fortifying one's Jewish identity and values rather than seeking to comprehend the roots of this bigotry. We also explore the evolving relationship between Orthodox Judaism and Israel, noting increased military involvement and a profound attachment to the land.
